Random Y33 ground wire?

While changing the spark plugs on my Y33 last night, I found a random ground wire/strap that is attached to the driver's side wheel well in the engine bay, I took the covers off and found. Anyone know where it connects to? Its only long enough to reach the D side engine head and a few other places.

Mine connects to the engine block.

BTW Anybody have any facts on those "ground wire kits?"

I can't find any reference of this wire in the FSM. Can you please point me out where to connect it to the engine block. Thanks.

yes they do work but its not like OMG Vtec just kicked in it helps your car a little and makes it run more efficient since the stock grounding might not be as good it used to be because of corrosions and all. but if you really want to see a difference get a Voltage Stabilizer... its like a capacitor for your whole car which will cause your car to not have the dimming effect, lets say inside lights are on and your pulling up your window your lights will fade... so if you have more stabilized voltage and power going through with less noise you help your electronics work very efficient since the are running at the correct voltage and you will notice some TQ since your spark plugs are working a bit better, Combine and you will see some good out of it.
