i need some help i was looking in my engine bay to notice a vaccume line that was dissconnected. from where i dont know or if its making a diffrence. the line starts at the tansmission it seems and goes up to the height of the airbox and was clipped in with some wires. is this line supposed to be open? i cant seem to find it in the fsm anywere either. is this the so called transmission vent pipe?

picture would confirm, but if it has an inverted 'u' shape, then yes, it's s'posed to be that way.

It's not a vacuum line. It's a ventilation tube.
