Alright......I thought I'd fixed this DAMN problem but apparently not. I found a bad ground on the motor and replaced it. Solved the starting issue, but not my missfire.

Here's the deal. Usually when I start it...about 1 in 5 times, it'll run EXTREMELY rough and have no power WHATSOEVER and you can hear a clear missfireing in the exhaust note. It makes a pop sound out the exhaust every few beats or so (you know how you can hear each piston firing at idle) when it's doing it. Motor shakes VIOLENTLY.

BUT THEN, it goes away for no apparent reson after sometimes only a few seconds and other times it'll do it for a couple of minutes. And when it goes away the car runs great. It pulls good, runs smooth as glass, rock solid 700rpm idle, .......perfect. Tis very odd.

And sometimes it comes back in the middle of a drive for no apparent reason whatsoever that I can tell. And it's the same story, rough, no power, pop in exhaust note, goes away shortly.

It has new cap, rotor, coil, wires, plugs (NGK), fuel filter, air filter (short ram intake) removed AIV, new O2 sensor, cleaned throttle body and MAF, new coolant temp sensor. I checked the TPS and it's good/not in/going into safe mode, ...........I just don't know what it's problem is anymore

Please help me out if you know how.

i would say change the cap and rotor, but youve already done that.maybe you have an exhaust valve thats starting to stick?that would deff cause lack in power since there is no pressure building up and the pop in the exhaust. but see what others have to say about it.

ignition timing is set to 25* and I run 93.

It's been that way for a week or two, but the miss thing started before that when it was at 20* so I know that's not it.
