The car is randomly leaning and dieing. It's an RB25, running an HX35 turbo. Brand new 550cc injectors, brand new 255lph fuel pump. Aeromotive FPR set to 40psi base. With that setting, it idles at 14.7 and runs rich in boost (10.5-11.0). The problem is when I hit a bump it leans out and wants to die. Same thing happens when I let off the gas sometimes, it just wants to run lean and die. It sounds like I have a small exhaust leak, could that be causing it? Or could a vacuum/boost leak cause it to run lean too? Car is not tuned yet, Apexi is taking forever to get me a Pfc (something about them not being made any longer). It's annoying as all hell when the car dies at every little bump in the road or wants to die at every stop light.

if bumps are causing the lean condition i would go over all the wiring, especially with the maf wiring. you can sometimes test the maf if it is loosely hanging in the engine bay by letting the car idle and dropping the hood to see if the sudden jar causes it to mess up. i would not suggest directly knocking on the maf to test it.
