step one. remove moldings in/out windshield frame.step two. check/remove rust step three. buy from local auto part store WINDOW SEALENT or what body shops call it dumb dumb, put alot around the outer frame where the moldings go.
if you have way to much rust, take it to a body shop, to get it fix
This is not an easy step. You have to go from a-pillar interior trims, headliner trim, side metal trims, small plastic clips, end caps, long metal strip and 7-8 nuts to remove.

Check the area between the windscreen and top itself. My vert has a bit of rust bubbling there and in a hard rain mine leaks in the exact same spot as yours. It's on the fix it list.
