My steering wheel is locked up and my key wont turn.. what the hell is going on.

You probably turned the wheel when the car was off. Try turning the wheel left and right the little bit that it will turn, and turning the key.

unless someone tells you i guess. yeah, just try to turn the steering wheel back and forth while trying to turn the key and you can unlock it.

Here too. We're always locking wheels and the old people always freak out like the cars broke.
