So..... it saddens me to actually say this, but after 5 years now, i will be parting with my j30. gas prices suck, i have so many minor problems with it, still drives for now, but thats about the only good thing with my j.... i have worn it out... :ohno:

anywho, so I just got a saturn sl2, the horn sounds like a road runner.... meep meep..... i love the way these horns on the j30's sound and would love to carry certian parts from my j with me for quite some time. does anyone know what the actual amperage is that the horn pulls?? not just what the fuse is in the fuse box.

Those old Saturn's are damn near not killable (and easier and cheaper to service).

Could you find the ampres the horn requrires with a multi-meter in between the horn and the battery?

Any body damage on the J? Do you have the keyless entry remotes?

car was rear ended before i bought it, so the back bumper is a little crinkled in the center, the trunk lid was bent, but i hammered it back out right with a rubber mallet. the paint on the hood is peeling bad, theres a dent on the driver rear fender, but other than that, the body on the j is pretty good. i have one remote, but the plastic loop on the bottom broke off a while back... i also have a spare module that goes in the car that i havent used(mainly cuz i couldnt get it programmed.)
