Anyone know if the light above the main headlamp has a purpose? It's yellow... but why is it there?

additional: Is it more than a parking light?

Its a parking light. Im sure its a D.O.T. Thin where every have has to have them.I think the light is retarded.......the turn signals and parking lights should be reversed! The turn signals are not visible when turning for the cars around you.I was actually thinking about swaping the lights around next time i get a chance.

I like your logic... those were my thoughts as well...

still, they seem pretty useless in a vehicle w/o DRLs... (Daytime Running Lights)

I've always thought the same way. Turn signals at the corners seems like it would be safer than in the middle of the car. Clisped will figure out how to reverse them then we'll all be satisfied

that is a very easy fix, I am working on something a lil different though, I will get back to you on this, I have 3 Versa headlights sitting in my living room floor at the moment.

I was actually gonna take out the wires/pins from the connectors and reverse them.im to lazy lately but next time around im gonna swap them.I gotta redo my fog lights soon as i can get my hand on the stock fog lamp switch!the wires that came with my fogs are way too small of a gauge.

yea it would void it if it causes any failures, that is for sure, but I just checked the connectors, even though they are VERY similar, they are not able to connect opposite. So this would require cutting and splicing. I will get back on the subject later tonight once I screw around with the 3 headlights in my living room.
