It was 81 Degrees with 100% humidity.

I'm pretty happy with that. I can't wait to loose the cat to pick up a little top end. Also slightly cooler weather would help a LOT. It was dark AND 81 degrees.

yah. I thought so too. But it's hot and humid. Our Local track also isn't the fastest around. 1 hour away is a track that i consistently run 2tenths faster at.

The only thing that makes me seriously think somehting is up is that my trap speeds really aren't that great. It was my understanding that they should be over 100.

Here's a lits of stuff i'm gonna fiddle with (let me know if there is anything else you ca nthink of)

Timing:: (not sure if it's right. I may have it retarded a lot)transmission:: (I KNOW it is over full buy quite a bit. My rear boot was torn and it was leaking. I just got the new boot so i just put a bunch of gear oil in there becasue i still havn't had time to drain it and refill it properly.)O2 sensor:: (I'm STILL having trouble with my O2 sensor. The car runs like crap when i plug it in. I have the brown wire hooked up right and i'm running a sensor from an 87 300Z.)

Way off topic but I noticed you have a koyo rad. what hoses did you use from the rad. to the block, I know blitz and samco make nice ones but I am on a bit of a budget and would rather get normal black crappy ones? Were they OEM from some other car?

I bought the install kit from HT. If you specify JDM radiator it will work with the Koyo silvia radiator. (the hoses will work that is. Plus it's cheeper if you get the install kit for the JDM radiator)

I set the timing by starting the car... Unplugging the Throttle position sensor. Setting the idle to around 800. And turning the CAS until it is 3 marks to the right of the yello mark on the crank pulley.

I was running 14.3 but after setting the timing and getting a test pipe today i was able to run with a friends 99 6spd Z28. I got about a half a car and kept it. (from a 30 mph roll in second)

better tires will always improve your times, but 14.5s or so isnt bad for those tires at all, especially considering the temp and humidity, get her back at that track and see what she's hittin now, if u ran with a 6spd z28 (they run o-6o in 5.4 and 1/4 in about 13.9) but ive seen faster personally (13.6 stock)
