How I found out i blew my head gasket, i looked and seen water spraying out. i put sealant in mine, it will work for awhile but not forever.

open ur radiator cap and see if it smells like death (coolant and oil mixture).

what makes you think you really blew the head gasket? ran it hard? because if that isnt the case then maybe its thermostat failure.

Symptoms of a blown head gasket are:

-reduced power-white or blue smoke out the tailpipe-oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil.

If you want to be thorough, you can perform a leakdown test.
