Ok. I'm not expecting this to be a simple fix and I'm posting here as a last result before I setup an appointment with the shop that swapped the SR into my 240.

I have a 1991 240SX SE (over 220k miles on the car) with an S13 Blacktop with around 60k miles on it I'm assuming. (the engine is in great shape I know that :chuckle: )

I drove it for a few months with no issues what so ever. last year I curbed it pretty good and broke the Tension arm on the passenger side (it's fixed and everything has been realigned, the frame isn't bent or anything) The car continues to run great other then the intercooler being pushed up (front mount) which tore a hole in the rubber tubing that goes from the return pipe from the intercooler to the Intake manifold. I drove it this way until I can toss more money into getting everything straitened back out (drove for another 2 months). When I parked it back in my driveway I stalled it trying to get it in place (I store it wile I drive my Altima). I attempted to start the car back up and the engine doesn't turn over. No clicks, no buzzing, nothing. Everything with the dash does what it's supposed to. Lights work horn works everything works except turning the engine over. The car was always a manual so I tested the clutch switch which wasn't broken. I've replaced the ignition switch which also didn't fix the problem. I've replaced the Starter (still nothing). and today I replaced the Starter Relay. I'm at a complete loss with no idea of what else I could try. I'm pretty sure I've replaced everything that has to do with the engine turning over.

Is there anything else I could be missing?

I started checking the continuity with the wires to the starter and back and then ran a power wire directly to the Starter. Doing this turned the engine over so I know the Starter has power and is grounded. After I checked the signal wires to make sure there weren't any breaks I just put everything back together and pulled the battery from my Altima and just hooked it up with jumper cables (battery on the ground next to the car). I hopped in and turned the key, car started right up. I have no idea what was wrong and can only guess it was a bad connection somewhere and eventually got cleaned off enough from messing with the connections that I fixed it or today or maybe a year from now I'll run into the exact same problem. So for now :woot: It's running great.
