Yep...ran at the 1/8...best was an 8.9, and that was after a chunk of my exhaust manifold blew out. It blew a 1/4 inch wide by 1 inch long piece right out of the dump tube going to the wastegate. Needless to say, it was slower to boost and sounded OBNOXIOUS AS HELL after that happened. Still managed to beat a Mach 1 Mustang (newer model) and some other small time stuff. I'm irritated right now though, the sound is driving me nuts and the car is slower.

Yeah, its NASTY...I'll have pics uploaded in a bit, I just took them but my computer is 1 step from dead...first order of business is backing EVERYTHING important up. Also, it is the IAP mani and I put a call into Marc as soon as it happened, he'll probably call me back on Monday and we'll know whats up. I might just end up having the dump tube cut off and a new thicker one welded on here, because it might be cheaper than shipping it back and forth to Marc, even if he did warranty it. At the time, I was running about 14 lbs. Also, it'd had a sustained highway run before that (90 for twenty minutes) but its not like it was glowing hot or anything and egt's were just fine. Oh well, **** happens!! At least I have a daily driver now...

damn Nathan, sorry to hear about that... I feel good about my manifold right now, but jeez I thought yours was pretty quality also.. Guess it goes to show you never know with this kinda stuff.

Let us know what Marc says for sure.

Here ya'll go, in all its glory...the broken mani: (note, the wastegate runner actually broke OFF, and the #3 runner going into the collector has a nasty crack too)

Yeah, it was NASTY and I had to drive 30 miles with it like that. The worst part is that the wastegate fell down onto the steering shaft, so going around turns was "interesting" to say the least.
