Last night as the sun was goign down me and my friend headed out to go have some fun.He has an old school jetta and his buddy came along with his new VW wagon from germnay. It's 7miles of dirt road consist of S-curves,90's and jumps. About every 2 miles there's a split in the road. I had a blast we planned to take pics but by the time we got there it was too dark. His buddy's wife that came with us has a $3000 camera. Anywayz they had to go so it was just me and him. This is our first time out there(past the point of 4miles) Well at this point I let him lead and he went the wrong way.It was a truck trail I wa going 70 saw mud said O **** and locked them up.Dirt flys past me, as the dust settles I look in front of me 150ft to see my friends jetta sunk into the mud.his headlights were in the mud.about 2inches up to his door too.Luckily a Jeep wrangler was in the are and saved the day. Called it a night and went back home and drank. We plan to go with about 5 of us this weekend and do some photo shoots. I couldn't resist and got airborne on one of the jumps.Anyone else in the area of Daytona Beach want to meet up us to go?

Reminds me of washing my car off from the night before after giving some dude we hated a yard job.

reminds me of when I slid out when I was driving in the rain and ended up driving down a 30° incline into someones yard (went down at an angle, so the car didn't bottom out.) But I was at the bottom of a hill and the guys driveway was at the top (this hill wasn't as steep as the one off the main road) and I couldn't make it up after repeated attempts. I ended up driving sideways across the hill, building up speed, and turning sharp and sliding onto the driveway. My back wheel wells were solid mud, there was about a millimeter clearance between the mud and the tire. Had to spend a butt-load at a manual car wash to get that all cleaned off. That is about the extent of my off-road experience in my 240, other than the time I was trying to take a shortcut through a field and nearly got stuck in ruts.
