So, I popped some rain x on my windows a few weeks ago and I must say I'm amazed.

Water still beads off my windshield after almost a month of having it on there. I put some on my side-view mirrors and it helped clear them off a bit faster when they get all foggy.

Question: Anyone have the rain x wiper blades? Do they work well?

I'd almost go as far as to say this should be a standard safety feature on all vehicles. Works great! Very effective for about a month. The effects still work for up to 3 or 4 months. It also makes snow and ice come off easier, and the widows dry faster when washing.

The only downside is there's that fine film of water that left by after eth wipers pass wipers is a little more pronounced and does reduce visibility slightly during a light rain at night with streetlights or oncomming cars. But the benfits far outweigh any negatives. In a downpour you maintain good visibility, when an untrated car has almost none.

I once rented a car in Florida and had forgotten how scary it is to be in a downpour without RainX. It was a Ford Countour, so I was just happy the wipers actually worked and the car kept running in the rain.

Stay away from the antifog though. Tried that a few times. It put a film on the inside of the windshield that never seemed to go away for a few cleanings.

I have the anti fog on all my interior windows. It works like a champ and I haven't had one problem with it. Before, like others, I have tons of problems with the windows fogging constantly. I have the rainx on the exterior and after 5 months, it's still going strong. I also have it on my truck and it works well after a year with no reapplication. I've tried the blades and they worked well. I found that Bosch blades worked better though. I hear the new blade they have work really well, but at $24 a blade I'll pass.

RainX works wonderfully, I will never stop using it. I prefer Bosch blades as well, I've used both and Bosch hugs the windshield much more tightly.

RainX is great! I used to spray it on monthly, but now I use the RainX windshield wiper fluid. I find it takes a bit longer to get the full benefit of it, but after a while it works just as well, and you don't have to reapply it yourself manually.

Yeah, I noticed that nastiness too when it's not raining too hard. It said on the package that if you put a little water on the windshield while you're buffing it in it makes the buffing easier. I noticed that it made that weird fogginess a little better too.

I used to put it on after I washed my car, but I find it easier and better to do it first. I'll rinse the car, dry the windows, apply the RainX, rinse again, then dry/buff. I use a glass cleaner after I'm done with the wash and my windows are crystal clear.

I have used RainX and the stuff works great. I don't have the wiperblade though.
