can anyone tell me if this is the OEM wiring harness or just some aftermarket one? Reason why I ask is because my radio never came with the original wires and someone did a hackjob with the radio that was installed.

That harness is used to plug into your stock harness with the proper wire color output so that you can match up the wires with your hu's wiring.
