RADIO WILL NOT TURN ON HELP PLEASE

Hey guys new here.. pics to come.
I got my sisters old 02 QX4 with about 140k miles on it. I love it but things are starting to go. AFter i changed the batt and the alternator the radio just does not work any more, will not turn on.

Called the dealership and asked if there is a code or something after changing the altyornater but they said no radio codes so im at a loss.

CHecked the fuses and they are all good.

ANY ideas?? and if i replace it with a new head unit...where can i find a bracket that will let it fit.

Any stereo shop, Best Buy, etc. Or look online and just buy a kit from Crutchfield. Not sure about the QX4, but the Pathfinder has a double din opening, so you could mount a nice DVD/Navigation unit there. Don't forget you'll need the Bose adapter made by several companies so that the new radio works with the Bose amplifiers.
