Radio Upgrade, can it be done ?

Hello to all, I recently bought a 2013 Nissan SL and would like to know if I can upgrade my stock radio from the USB, Bluetooth, steering controls no touch or NAV to the USB, Bluetooth, steering controls with touch screen and NAV radio. Can it be done ? Will it be plug and play or will I need to rewire, other than having to change the around the radio trim do I have to get anything else to do the upgrade ? I will include the pics for reference and your help will be greatly appreciated.

That radio you want, is it an option in your same year, same model car? Or are you going to a different year maybe? If same year, likely all will work great. If different, you'd maybe want to compare the two systems as outlined in their specific FSMs. We have the FSMs available here using the Service Manual link at the top of this page.

Maybe someone else here has done this and knows. Maybe you'll be the first and can let us know if it works.

If it's similar to the system used in the first gen Rogue, then the short answer is no. The Nav unit is a separate component that will require additional equipment, wiring, etc. Save yourself the headache and get a good aftermarket system.

@ centralcoaster33, yes the radios are both from a 2013 Nissan Sentra but different option package. Mine has the GPS antenna and all but wanted to know if the wiring was compatible. I'll check the link you provided me and see what I can find. Thanks a lot to both of you.
