First post here. We are the proud owners of a 2019 Nissan Rogue SV with the platinum package.

Yesterday, I was prompted to do the update to the radio - to version 0154. It downloaded and installed okay, so it seemed. However, today, when the vehicle is in drive and moving ONLY does the radio reset itself every 45 seconds or so.

Am I needing to go back to the dealership or can I try anything at home to fix it??

The dealer finally replaced my radio (head unit) and I've not had the problem again. Mine also started happening after a software update. I've not updated my replacement radio and it's been almost a year and no problems with the replacement.

That was the ultimate fix for mine - head unit replacement.

Will not update it again.
