Was thinking about getting a new radio for my 08 altima coupe, nothing too fancy, just something i can plug my ipod into and has a remote. Anyways i was looking at my factory radio and noticed all the space around it taken up by just plastic. If I were to get a new radio would it come with a kit to remove these?

The removal doesn't require a kit. Just a screw driver. You will, however, need a dash kit to replace that portion of the car. Check the FAQ in the A/V section for an explanation and links to where you can purchase.
