1. refurbished unit from Nissan/Infiniti dealer with warranty.2. Take a chance on a used unit from Ebay, scrap yard or the NICO classifieds.3. Go aftermarket, a number of members have gone this route.

The San Jose shop repaired my radio a few years ago and since then it's worked perfectly. They may have a replacement on the shelf.
