I'd like to eventually replace the radio/CD player which shipped with my 2.5S 2010 coupe with a new radio/CD/Sirius combination. Anyone have any suggestions, with approximate cost? Note, I plan on keeping the speakers.

Thanks for your help.

If you go with a touchscreen gps and all that, don't short yourself. The good ones are 800+ and JVC probabaly the best. Also I urge you to get the center panel from an oem dealer. Here is an example: https://www.nissanpartswarehouse.com/ni ... parts.html

The aftermarket center panels are junky.

Agreed. Play with a few different models to find what you want. Certainly recommend a full nav unit like a higher end pioneer or alpine.

JVC? The best? I'd probably rather smear feces on my dash than use one of their head units...

I would stick with Alpine, Pioneer or Kenwood. I have an older Kenwood (DDX-512) with nav and btooth add-ons and it's been great. We just installed a Kenwood Excelon 9140 in my brothers coupe and it's sweet. So many options that it's overwhelming at first. The sound is killer though.

Easy, everyone has their preferences. I appreciate your comments. The "sound" for me only goes so far...I'm deaf in one ear and thus "stereo" means nothing. Thanks for the info on the Center Panel and the corresponding link.

Oh yeah, I'm Laughing Out Loud all the time every time I hear a sound (siren, someone calling my name, etc.) but I have no clue what direction the sound's coming from.
