Have a 97 Nissan Altima, Last night radio was stolen and car won't start...I'm sure the ignition somehow runs through stereo so that's the reason...Is there a way to "jump" wires or am I totally off base? Any help would be greatly appreciated! (wiring diagrams or what the wires are/do) THANKS!

As far as i know not having a radio is not going to stop your car from starting. Did they unplug the radio or did they cut your wires. If they cut you wires then there is your problem. When they cut your wires im pretty sure it shorted out and blew some fuses. check all you fuses and make sure that none of you wires are touching inside your dash where your radio was.

Oh, And also there is a Main fuse under the hood that could have blown. its not a regular fuse, it screws in if im not mistaken
