Radio size for '95 240SX

Does the '95 240SX take the standard "DIN" size radio? I have an old cd player that I believe is DIN, but it's a bit too big for the opening in the radio trim panel.

i think it is. i put a stereo in my s13 that had been is several different cars before me.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking too...maybe this particular radio isn't DIN (it's an OLD "Craig" cd player). The Best Buy, Circuit City, Crutchfield websites all say the standard size fits, but I "think" the car was originally equiped w/ the BOSE system (SE model) and I didn't know if that was a unique size or not. This "Craig" must not be DIN size.

I have the same year SE model and mine fit a DIN. You can also use a double DIN if you want to get rid of that little tray compartment. Is it an Auto? If so, install it under the tray instead of on top, someone would pretty much have to shift the car out of gear to remove it. I also used a mix of allen head and torx screws to hold it in.

you can do both... single din or double..both will fit
