Radio question 05 Maxima

This might be a stupid question but here goes...I have a 05 Maxima, I beleive the Radio is NDSS (its a non bose Nissan radio)

It has Sattelite button and it works perfect...my question is the display..it only gives like 8 or 9 characters and doesnt scroll or anything...its a little annoying seeing it like that

Would a Nissan Bose radio give more characters or at least scroll so you can see the entire song title or whatever

If so, is it a real pain to change over ?
