Infiniti M45 RADIO PROBLEMS

I want to know if this ever happened to you guys. i tried turning on my car. and when i push the volume nob in to turn it on. the radio comes on but i cant turn the volume up or down. everything else works but the volume doesnt. does anyone know anything of this? please help. thank youu

Hello I made a correction to your title so that it was more descriptive. Someone should be able to help you. I don't know anything about the M45.
