All right, it started yesterday, I was driving for about 35 minutes about to reach where I was going and listening to my radio and enjoying the song the station had at the time. From out of no where it seemed like someone muted my radio, as soon as that happened I looked over at the screen and noticed it was reading "Loading Disc" but I never put a disc in or anything. As soon as my CD player noticed nothing was in there, it frozeed up. It would let me change radio stations, but no sound was coming from the speakers. I reached where I was going and turned off my car, and turned it back on and the radio worked fine. I had no idea what went on and left it as that. I went on with my day and as I was driving home, it did the same thing to me, but this time it was getting a little worst, as I tried to change the radio stations, there became static from the speakers, the volume wouldn't affect it only hitting the power button affected the radio, nothing else worked. Now today, It doesn't work at all, its all static and no radio stations are coming up. I am stumped on what it could be. I am sorry for the wall of text you guys had to read.

Thank you,
David

Welcome to Nico!

Sounds like the internal circuitry is going crazy. Try pulling the fuse for the radio for a few minutes then put it back in.

Thank you! I will try that tomorrow on break at work and see if it fixes the problem and will update if it did or didn't. Have a great night!

Really sorry it has taken me this long to reply, but my radio is completly dead now.

It hasn't worked for sometime now, hitting the power button or "radio" button doesn't do anything. Only thing that my radio will do is when I hit the "CD/AUX" button it will try to load my CD, but then will say either CD read error, or sometimes it won't say there is anything in the CD which there is a CD in my car which i can not eject it now for some reason.

Also, my MPG, how much miles I have until my tank is empty, my avg speed, and timer all do work, with no problems. Which is weird because it is on the same screen and everything.

I am sorry if this makes no sense, please let me know and I will try to explain it a little better.

Sounds like the radio has taken a dump. Here's a link to one on Ebay that is a really good price. Also the reason the trip computer display is working is because it gets its numbers from the speedometer cluster not from the radio, the buttons on the radio only cycle the different options.
