Radio plug

When installing my amp, I noticed an extra plug-in next to the regular harness. Anyone know what kind of plug will fit into it? Or what is it supposed to be used for? I have the Versa S '08.

is it a stock stereo? if it isnt, i have no clue what plug youre talking about... as for if its an aftermarket... there are 2 harnesses for the stereo... the main harness and one for the antena, you need an adapter to use the car's antena on an aftermarket... i hope that may help? pics are always useful.

if its the stock S stereo....the extra plug my be used on the SL for the upgraded Audio package with the amp and speaker....sometimes they use one harness for all models

it's the stock S stereo...i didn't have a camera at the time so maybe when i have a day off i'll take a pic.

bulld0g... i had a stock S stereo, and i dont remember having an extra connector?... i may be mistaken tho... someone please correct me if im wrong

Installed an aftermarket HU into my versa (pioneer deh-p6900ub) and there is an extra connector off the stock HU that is not used.
