Radio Placement on s14

has anyone ever pulled off putting there radio where ther ac controls are. i think it would look great there but there is one problem the metal bar inside the dash. i wish there was someway to put it there. anyone pulled it off

my buddy has it there,i used to have mine where the center vents are. you know the ones. right above the AC controls

how did your friend get it to work where the ac controls are? i have no clue how you would pull it off without cutting the metal bar.
