Radio off, no retained accessory power?

Why does the radio in my2019 Pathfinder turn off when the car shuts off. All the other nissans I have owned Rogue,and 2 Altimas radios all played for 10 minuets after the vehicle was shut off. It would shut off when the door was opened. Thanks

I think if any of your other Nissan products did that, it seems it was an anomaly. I have driven a lot of vehicles over the years and the radio staying on has been reserved for American manufacturers.
For my Japanese cars, the radio turns off immediately but you could turn the key to ACC to listen to the radio. For some push button cars, a speedy sequence like pushing twice would allow you to jump from ENGINE RUNNING over to ACCESSORY stage, but I never used it frequently enough to remember which Nissans allowed it.

However, I'll let someone with a newer model tell us what they see.
