Thanks to Luke Wood I heve 2019 head unit in my 2017 p4x. The new unit is in factory mode and needs switch to market mode. Everything seems to function normally with the exception that the volume is loud, and camera beeps loud . Can I reprogram the unit byself? or Only dealer can do that.

You probably need the dealer, very few aftermarket scanners can do configuration on Nissan AV Units. The unit is probably configured for non-amplified but your truck has a Bose or Rockford amp, so the volume is off scale because it thinks it's pushing the speakers and not an amplifier. Make sure the dealer knows it's a '19 head unit. That will have different config options from what your '17 VIN indicates, so if they use the VIN the Consult scanner will get confused.
