Radio Help

I have a 2008 Nissan Versa hatchback that I just got back from the body shop after having an unfortunate encounter with a deer. When I turned on the radio, it's not working right. Instead of having three sets of FM presets I only have one and some of the presets are switching to AM stations.

Anyone have this happen, can you help me out? With the holiday I know I won't be able to get to the dealership for a few days. And I don't care for the service department at my local dealer anyway. So if anyone knows how to fix this I greatly appreciate it.
