Radio Help

So my girlfriend bought a radio and is getting it installed. She bought a harness and whatever hookups from Circuit City, but she just called and said that there is a piece on the speaker hookups that is not allowing the radio to play over the stock speakers. Does anyone have a clue what to do from here, that does not involve bypassing something?

Ok nevermind I figured out how to bypass everything and make it work. Another question. How would I go about raising my headlights that are pointing downward?

Turn adjust screw until desired height is reached.
