Radio does not shut off with truck

Hello. I have a 2013 Frontier SL with the Rockford Fosgate radio with Nav. Tonight, I noticed the nav screen was on while the truck was off. I got in the truck and the radio was actually on and playing music. I turned the truck on and off and the screen and radio will not turn off. All of its functions are working while the truck is off, including radio, Nav, and bluetooth. I also noticed the power port in the arm rest is also on while the truck is off, which it usually is not.

I searched the net and couldn't come up with anything. I have only had the truck for a couple months, I leased it for my business. The service department will not be open tomorrow (Sunday) so was hoping to find something online. It is inconvenient to have to take time out of my work day to bring the truck it, but it looks like I may have to. If anyone has any idea on what can be the cause and if there is anything I can do myself to fix it, I would appreciate your chiming in. Thanks.

When you turn the key off and open the driver side door, does it turn off?

No, it does not turn off. I just went out there when I let the dogs out before bed. The screen turned off while I was out there, but the two amber lights that light the screens in the dash cluster were blinking on and off with no text being displayed. I turned the truck on and everything came on normally, however when turning the truck off, the nav screen once again will not turn off all it's features are functioning with the truck off, key removed, door opened and closed...
