check the voltage at the fuse. Make sure there is juice there. The clock and radio are probably connected to a common power source at some point. That's probably a good place to start looking for the problem. Check all other functions and see if there is anything else that does not work as well. Check your fusible links as well.

next to where ur left foot goes while driving is a cover for the fuse panel. open that and pull the fuses out one at a time with the lil pliers on the cover. look at the middle of the fuse in the colored part. there will be a peice of thin curved metal connecting the two sides. if this peice is broken that fuse blew so replace it with the same kind of fuse. there is also a fuse box int he engine compartment but i doubt ur problem leads to there.

Maybe someone can help me with a similar problem. My "room lamp" fuse is blown. My dome light doesn't come on, my radio doesn't work, clock, and seatbelts don't work. But the seatbelts/clock work only when the car is on. I've replaced the fuse, but it just blows again. There is power runnin to my radio (checked w/voltmeter) but i think it's broken now. Is there a relay of some sort i might need to replace, since the fuse it just blowing repeatedly?

Disconnect every thing on the circuit you can get your hands on easily. Stick a fuse in if it dont blow imediatly start pluging things in and moniter the fuse when it blows you found what circuit is popin the fuse.

candy you could go down to the local parts store and pick up a test light for 5 bucks and test the fuses by probing the back sides of the fuses with the ignition on. probe both side of the fuse where the metal tab is exposed that will tell you the fuse is not blown if the light comes on on both sides of the fuse. all but 1 fuse should light up with the ignition switch in the on position. do the same under the hood.
