Has anyone experienced an issue in which their Radio & Accessories do not turn off when you remove the key?

I recently have had this issue, when I went to the dealership, it took them a day to track down a corroded pin in a plug on a body harness. The harness is worth $800!

I was very lucky that although my car was just (and I do mean that) outside warranty, they convinced Nissan to cover under warranty. The bill all-in woud have been $1700.

I will scan and post the paragraph that was written on the work order tomorrow. I just want to find tou how common of an issue this may be.

So much for being timely. I will type it out here instead:
91426 Diagnose radio staying on when key is removed. Inspect body harness connectors for corrosion no visible corrosion in connector b23 and b24 check voltage drop across terminal 3 and 15 on connector m16 there was a 1.5 voltage drop. Inspect body harness from dr frt to dr rear for short could not locate short. Went to remove termal 3 and 15 from connector found corrosion inside of connector. It was not visible from outside of the connector. Replaced dr side body harness under goodwill. Radio does not stay on now.
Like I said, I was lucky. The harness could have cost $800 and then the labour to replace it would have taken me up to a total around $1700. I think I will be buying Nissan from my dealer for a while to come. :mike

I am actually experiencing this pretty intermittently. The car thinks the key has not been removed.... maybe once a week, one every other week... just have to put the key back in and turn it to ACC then off again. Unfortunately I have a decent amount of aftermarket wiring for my Sub/Amp, Headunit, and Cold Cathode lighting... and I'm at 65k miles on a 2007... so i doubt I would be getting the goodwill. lol!
