what is a good radiator sealer for a small leak at the bottom of a plastic radiator.

I wouldn't, that stuff rarely works and makes a mess. Get a new/used radiator and keep on truckin'!

If the leak is in the core it is repairable. If the leak is in the plastic tank, the tank can be welded or sealed with a two part epoxy sealer. I would not use a sealer, it usually ends up in places like the heater core
