I can offer a little assistance:

This is a link to the factory service manual. You should download it if you don't already have a copy: http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/Altima/1999/

Here is a link to the cooling section: http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/Altima/1999/lc.pdf

The guys in my signature have tons of parts for really cheap and all of their parts are genuine oem nissan. If they don't have it, everythinginfiniti.com is the next best thing for oem parts. Here is their link:

For your car there is more than one part number for the radiator.

For manual transmission cars the part number is 21410-0Z800 and costs $301.55 for Prod.M/Y:08/99 - For automatic transmission cars the part number is 21410-0Z800 and costs $331.38 for Prod.M/Y:08/99 - For manual transmission cars the part number is 21410-9E000 and costs $301.55 for Prod.M/Y: 06/97 - 08/99 For automatic transmission cars the part number is 21460-9E000 and costs $---.-- for Prod.M/Y: 06/97 - 08/99

I don't know what month/year production your car is so I priced up all of them.

If you do buy a genuine one be sure to provide your VIN to ensure you get the correct one.

If you buy aftermarket be sure to get one that has 12 months warranty at least. I would buy aftermarket because you can get one for $20 - $60.
