1. Are S13 and S14 radiators the same?

2. Will a radiator made for an S13 SR work on an S13 KA?

An S13SR radiator will work on an S13 KA, BUT you will have to modify the return line and use an extension. I used a chunk o' galvanized pipe and an extra S13 upper hose to do the job with some cutting and some hose clamps it works.

Gotchya. I wonder if I could go to a radiator shop and see what they can make me. Wonder if it'd be more or less than getting a real aftermarket one

heavythrottle sells an adapter pipe i believe, look in their sr parts section, or custom parts i think it is

I see adapters for running a USDM radiator with an SR20det, but not the other way around.
