Has anyone ever had a problem taking off the drain plug on the bottom of the radiator on a 95 240sx? I was about to drain and refill my system so I get under my car, and I notice that the plastic on the head of the drain plug has been completely stripped to the point where a screwdriver won't even work to turn the plug. Is there anyway to get around this, or am I just going to have to get a pair of pliers and rip it off and replace it with a new one?

Don't break it off yet!! Here's a trick I use that works good. Take an old flat blade screw driver that is about as wide as the drain plug. Heat the end of the screw driver with a propane torch to red hot. Push the screw driver into the center of the drain plug until it goes through. Coolant will come out put this won't matter. You may need to heat the screw driver several times to make it through the plug. Then let it cool and use the screw driver to remove the plug. Replace it with a new one.
