Radiator problem

--> today i was working in my car and I bumped the radiator in the aluminum part with a drill bit and a "decompressing" sound came off, right after that it stopped.. I know that the whole needs to be sealed what other measures do I need to to take to not **** my car up?

are u sure it wasn't part of the A/c cooling systems?sorry if this sounds like an odd ?
