Holy crap man, have you ever heard of a period and/or proof reading?

Why can't you just swap over your current fans to the new radiator?

sorry. i did that post on my phone while i was at work. I want to get rid of the huge clutch fan and free up space with the dual electric fans much slimmer design.

Dual fans will work fine as long as you have some device hooked to the fan power wire that sense heat to make the fans come on. I use the cheap autozone thermostat with a pen sensor attached to my radiator. Just make sure you cover it up with foam to keep the heat in. This way it gets a accurate temp reading. Only thing is if you don't run this set up thru a relay when you turn off the car the fans will run a min or two. I put my clutch fan back on. It allowed me to lower my thermostat temp so now my dual fans hardly ever reach the set point to come on. That fan clutch helps a lot even without the plastic shroud around it. My temp needle stays right above the c for cool and goes no higher. Make sure when you put the new radiator in you bleed all the air out the system. Take out the 10mm bolt on top of the intake above the coolant sensor. turn the car on with heat on high plus defrost. Poor the coolant into the radiator. Make a funnel from a drink bottle and put tape around the end of the bottle so it fits snug in the radiator. Poor more water in until nothing but solid fluid comes out the 10mm hole on the intake. No bubbles. You may wanna jack up the front of the car some or park going up hill. You still may see a temp. spike while driving so keep a socket and water ready. Just pull over and crack the 10mm bolt to let the air out then fill the radiator up again. The temp spike is hot air trapped behind the sensor so don't panic. I just went thru this a lil while ago. And make sure if you ever change your thermostat you put it in with the lil hole in the t-stat turn to the top.

Keep the standard fan you will have less problems as well as the fact the during high speeds it will spin in reverse and cool the engine as well. Which is ideal for turbos.

My preferred method of fan control is to use the 89-90 S13 lower radiator hose since it has a temp sensor for the auxiliary fan. All you need then is a relay, a good power source, and clean grounds. Have the switch trip the relay to closed when it gets hot, and the relay drives the fan.

I just use my factory AC fan wired to a manual switch. I kick it on if I'm doing a lot of low speed stuff or sitting in traffic, otherwise I just turn it off.

Clutch fan > electric fans.

Get a Koyo radiator or something of similar quality....even Mishimoto.
