So I filled up my koyo radiator today with fluid thinking Im going to finally run the car out of the driveway until i noticed there is a small leak on the radiator itself near where the lower radiator hose connectes... It was most likely due to my intercooler pipings vibrating against it.Is there a way to fix leaking radiators? My leak is equivalent to small droplets of water dripping...

Arrrggg. I thought it was a crack or something. JB Weld should hold for crack, but don't know about the hole, man. I think you should listen to someone with this experience. Koyo runs about $300. I hope you don't have to buy another one.

just an idea, but maybe if you have any aluminium flashing around or something similar you could make a patch for it by cuting a small piece of flashing and covering one side with jb weld, and covering the hole, I assume that would work fine i have done things very similar to this before.

If you can remove it, take it to a welding shop. It'll take like 2 sec for them to patch it up and it'll be done right. I bet it'll be really cheap too.
