Long story - short... Pros and cons for replacing my radiator (auto trans) with used standard trans radiator and external transmission cooler mounted in front of A/C condenser. BTW tried the aftermarket and ??? didn't fit + used auto trans radiator unavailable (cost of used radiator and cooler less than aftermarket radiator)

That's what I am doing and it will work fine. It is also good for your transmission. Go for it!
