radiator fans wont stop

hi fellow g owners i just noticed that my fans on the radiator would come on and stay and then the cars starts to overheat now i did recieve the notice from infiniti about the radiator motor could possible go bad and woundering if this is the issue any help would be great thanks in advance

what year are you? if you received the notice in the mail take it to infiniti. If you are under warranty and experience any heating issues go to the dealer.
