Hi people! Though I like the hydraulic cooling fan in my M45 2004, but there's a problem sourcing the fan in Lagos, Nigeria here, if it eventually fails some day.

So here's my question:
Has anyone here concerted their hydraulic cooling fan to an electric one, just like the ones obtainable on FX 45, etc?

If you have done a project like that before, pls could you provide some info that would help me prepare for such in the future?

I've been round these parts a long time and I've never seen that done. That being said, we do have the FSM's available which has all of the schematics, etc. for wiring it in...I think as long as you could find a good way to wire it you can somehow tap off the hydraulic system and call it a day?

Hi Ilya. Thanks for the replies. Can you provide a direct link to the FSM? I have searched on this forum for the section with any FSM, without success.
Thanks
