I have an RB25DET in an S14, and want to use the stock R33 clutch fan. Which means i have to get rid of my current radiator. Has anyone seen a radiator fit "INTO" the radiator support? I know it would require a custom radiator but has anyone done this or seen this done? I do not want to cut the support unless absolutely necessary. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Some cars are stock like that. My fwd 200sx radiator is inside the support. A radiator is just a radiator, I fit a 240sx radiator into a turbo eclipse this summer, lol. Make it happen.

I agree 100%, a radiator is just a radiator. I just want to fit something in the support that would not compromise the cooling especially on the rb25. I'm sure a local shop can make an aluminum one in whatever dimensions i want for $300 or so. Might just have to pull out the ruler and a sketch pad. lol

Chase Bays makes a radiator that fits inside the core supports.

They don't have a picture on their website anymore for some reason, but they do in this thread.

I have seen this radiator. That's how I came up with an idea to tuck it into the radiator support. $399 is a bit steep, might have some local shop make a radiator for me...
