Hey Everyone,

I'm a newbie here and I throw myself at your mercy.

The last time I went to get my oil changed, the people there told me that my radiator was leaking. They weren't sure if it was the hose or the radiator itself. The guy working there told me that I shouldn't spend more that $250 on the repair because it is so easy to replace the radiator. My question is this. How difficult would it be to replace the thing myself? Has anybody done this through a dealer? What did it cost? Thanks!

NAPA autoparts list one for $227...so that + labor.....these plastic rads can't be repaired when they spring a leak. If your not sure you could search out a radiator shop that can test for leaks and maybe get a better price for a new one if that's what ya need....just my 2sense.........btw..welcome aboard.....this board makes for good reading and you can learn alot!
