Radiator Cap question

Do 1.3 bar radiator caps serve a purpose over .9 bar caps? I know they say that its an upgrade... but does it really make a difference or is it just for show?

Raising the pressure effectively raises the boiling temperature of the fluid.

If your car does over heat for some reason and the temperature is high enough to boil then with lower pressure that temprature will be lower (easier to boil). When coolant turns to vapor -> bad thing.
