I have a Mishimoto radiator, but for a standard xmission. I have an auto, They say I can use it if I get the xmission cooler but I have no idea how to install it as the radiator has no outlets that go to the transmission. Can someone give me help as to how it all goes together? Would appreciate it.

get a externat transmission cooler, reroute the transmission cooler lines from the stock rad ( the two tiny ones ) and install the transmission cooler in front of the rad, not to hard, good luck

i doubt youd want to use a 3/8 inlet/ outlet transmission cooler as a oil cooler

If rerouting the lines from the transmission to the cooler, how does the coolant get to the transmission and cooler, not being connected to the radiator. Must be something I'm missing. As you might guess, I'm new at this.

You will now be running an external transmission fluid cooler, you won't need the lines going to the radiator anymore. You are going to have to buy an external cooler then hook the lines up to that. The cooler can go anywhere that sees a decent amount of airflow.

coolant dose not go to the transmission! there is a small heat exchanger in the end tank of the rad that allows transmission fluid to pass thru it and cool off, the external transmission cooler has transmission fluid pass thru it, place it in a location that will get airflow, good luck!
