Would it actually be better to use an all aluminum radiator or an aluminum and plastic. Also what are the advantages of single and dual core? Thanks in advance.

plastic end tanks can break, if ti's all aluminum it's welded together and less likely to break

single row means one rw of coling pipes, 2 row means it has 2 rw of coolant passages and therfore can cool more efficiently

^ +1 the plastic over time eventually can get a small fracture which will result in overheating issues all aluminum is the way to go and better cooling efficiency same rule kinda applys with intercoolers except air is in them not fluid
